Nez propose une approche plurielle et culturelle inédite, pour découvrir et comprendre le rôle essentiel de l’odorat dans notre rapport au monde.

Tous les six mois, notre revue offrira un espace d’expression richement illustré à des intervenants passionnés : scientifiques, parfumeurs, journalistes, universitaires, historiens, sémiologues, écrivains, photographes, artistes, etc.

Dans notre cahier Odorama, vous apprendrez entre autre l’origine de l’odeur de l’herbe coupée, à quoi servent les nez électroniques, l’épopée de l’Hédione, tous les secrets du basilic et redécouvrirez les odeurs de l’école. 

Au fil des Correspondances, vous pourrez lire du Tom Robbins, un peud’Aragon, et une chronique olfactive de Céline Ellena. Vous aurez la possibilité de “voir” les odeurs de l’Opéra Garnier, et de découvrir comment Alain Passard utilise l’odorat dans sa cuisine.
